Health Coach VS. Holistic Health Coach

A health coach's primary purpose is to help their clients reach their healthiest lifestyle by 1) assessing their current health and lifestyle situations and 2) setting goals to develop their best health through both mind and body. From personal experience, I know that not every nutrition plan is right for everybody, nor is every physical activity. People's lives are multi-faceted. Different aspects of their lives - home, relationships, work - affect them differently. This is why holistic health coaching is so essential. As a holistic health coach, I focus not only on nutrition and personal training but also on how your career, relationships, physical activity, and spirituality affect your health. Holistic health coaching takes all of your life and emotions into consideration, not just what you eat or do.
